Stefan Bumov, Chief Operations Officer, has many years’ practical experience of consulting and outsourcing. Most recently, he was VP Operations for Eastern Europe at Teletech and CEO at the Sofica Group. Stefan also developed expertise in devising and implementing international sales strategies with industries including financial services and manufacturing, whilst working for HP.
