HeleCloud‌ ‌Records‌ ‌a‌ ‌Strong‌ ‌Year‌ ‌Despite‌ ‌the‌ ‌Pandemic‌

London, 14 January 2021 — The Cloud computing industry saw significant developments in 2020, which inevitably led to a thriving Cloud IT sector, part of which was HeleCloud. The company reported yet another year of fast growth at the enviable 70% growth rate in 2020. Despite market turbulence, HeleCloud successfully acquired the Cloud-native software development company DataStork, and is already reaping the benefits of their jointly developed customer base, having expanded their expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).

“In view of the ongoing COVID-19 vaccinations later this year, we are optimistic that all the prerequisites for a better 2021 are in place, with Public Cloud adoption continuing to accelerate and customers looking to achieve efficiencies and maximise its value”, commented Stefan Bumov, Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of HeleCloud.

Stefan, who is one of the founders of the Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services and Technology (AIBEST), and member of the Board of the British Bulgarian Business Association (BBBA), reckons this year’s events have been the catalyst for further digitalisation of business processes and the introduction of Cloud technology at an even faster pace, and estimates this industry is expected to continue to grow in 2021 past the infamous 2020.

The company also noted, that during the AWS re:Invent 2020, at which HeleCloud was recognised as one of the only 10 new AWS Premium Consulting Partners worldwide, statistics were presented that only 4% of global IT spend is on Cloud. According to Stefan “this speaks volumes when it comes to growth potential for our business. We are happy to be operating in an industry, which will continue to evolve at a fast pace during the coming year, with another leading factor to be the development of ever more complex AI/ML-based Cloud solutions.”

“Our team passed the rigorous AWS audits before being awarded their highest level of partnership. In view of the dynamics of the business, our key priorities continue to be investing in our AWS expertise, Cloud-native software development capabilities and Cloud services, ensuring high security and compliance for our customers and enabling them to innovate”, added Stefan.

HeleCloud look forward to growing further in the current year, remaining customer-obsessed and proactively supporting organisations with their innovative Professional Services and expert Managed Services.
