Walter has been working in IT for 20 years this year and held positions across the spectrum: from developer to DBA, from freelancer to CEO & CTO of a startup. Throughout all of these positions, he’s been working from home (or from the road, ask him about it) a lot and, as such has learned a lot about how to communicate while not face to face with people.
