Walter Heck, CTO at HeleCloud
Walter has 20 years of experience in pretty much every field in IT: he’s been a developer, DBA, sysadmin, trainer as well as founder of an infrastructure consultancy that was eventually acquired by HeleCloud. As such, Walter has an extensive background to draw experience from and combine this with the world of AWS.

Detelina Vassileva, Head of Cloud Operations at HeleCloud
Detelina graduated in Psychology and started working in IT while in university which gradually turned into a profession. She has 15 years of experience in various technologies from web hosting, email security, anti-fraud systems, to fuel efficiency systems (aviation) and now AWS. Detelina has a passion for automation and solving customer problems and finds AWS to be the key to both.


Dobromir Todorov, CEO & Chief Cloud Officer at HeleCloud
Dobromir (Dob) has co-founded and led many start-ups in the technology and financial services industries. With solutions architecture, security and systems engineering experience at organisations including HP, Accenture, Visa, BT Global Services and International Network Services (INS), he was subsequently employed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) as CTO for Public Sector in EMEA, and Principal Architect for Security & Compliance in EMEA. He has supported clients as diverse as central and local government, large internationals and emerging start-ups in their design and implementation of cloud solutions following AWS best practice.
Alex Galbraith, AWS Chief Architect at SoftwareONE
Alex Galbraith is AWS Chief Architect at SoftwareONE, where he and the team help customers to translate their business requirements into technical solutions whilst navigating the constantly evolving world of cloud.
Working across multiple industry verticals since 2004, Alex has seen through the lens of customers, vendors and service providers alike. He’s worked on high profile projects such as the London Olympics and NHS NPfIT, all of which have helped him to develop his hyper-bronco-thalamus, a lesser-known part of the brain which commands excessive opinions…
