Office Manager

We operate across EMEA with offices in the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Bulgaria. 

Currently we are expanding our Benelux team and looking for an Office Manager for 24-30 hours a week.

As an Office Manager you are the face and first point of contact in our office in The Hague. You are contact person and source of information for office-related matters. You will work together with the office managers in London and Sofia and the Human Resources team on a daily basis. 

In this role you have a very varied range of tasks. Your work varies from receiving visitors to organising events to organising dinners and drinks. You ensure that the administration is up to date and you create a pleasant workplace for our colleagues. 

What will you be doing?

  • Office administration 
  • Manage and plan the office budget 
  • Keep track of inventory in the office and supply with necessary equipment; 
  • Making sure the office is packed with snacks and coffee  
  • Answer incoming calls and assist office visitors; 
  • Organise introduction for new employees (equipment and welcome in office); 
  • Organise company events; 
  • Assist the organisation’s HR by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging permits for expats and administration; 
  • Ensure health and safety policies are up to date; 
  • Booking transport and accommodation for business trips; 
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures; 

To be successful at this role you will need to

  • Have an excellent command of the Dutch language both verbal and in writing;Be experienced in managing and planning office budget; 
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; 
  • Be experienced in managing and planning office budge.
