We operate across EMEA with offices in the Netherlands, UK, and Bulgaria. We are expanding our team with a Cloud Solutions Engineer.
The Team
The R&D department is a perfect fit for you if you would like to develop solutions using the most modern and cutting-edge technology stacks and techniques. Here is where you can see and participate in the entire product lifecycle. Of course, we expect you to have an innovative and creative mindset. Focus is on AWS cloud, but solutions vary from pure infrastructure automation to serverless and data analytics.
The Work
The R&D department accumulates several activities, starting from ideation, creating POCs and MVPs, forming a production team, and producing a product that follows all best practices in the industry on top of easy to deliver and support. It strategically stands between the Professional Services, CloudOps, Product and Preposition, and Sales and Marketing departments. The R&D outputs are well-built solutions (products), joinable in different setups that satisfy customers’ requirements or intentions.
The Cloud Solutions Engineer will be responsible to tasks related to:
Build – identify and build new products that will extend the company portfolio in a profitable way
- participate in the ideation phase
- contribute or influence the design and architecture of the products
Scale – make a product highly optimised and efficient to scale-up to thousands of customers
- participate in internal standardisation process and procedures creation
- collaborate with internal teams or stakeholders
Stabilise – make a product stable and delegate operation to other teams all around the world.
- engage in root cause analyses and remediation process
- Improve monitoring and auto-remediations
- Improve the documentation
- collaborate with internal teams or stakeholders
- demonstrate your progress on internal knowledge-sharing sessions or external events
